DELIVERY TIMES


Upon receiving your clog order we make the clogs with the sole, last and colour you have chosen. As we make your clogs uniquely for you upon receiving your order the production time is normally up to one week and the clogs are then immediately dispatched. Please note that it can sometimes take longer to finish the clogs and that we may need to remake them if they do not pass our quality control.

Sweden: Please allow up to 14 days from confirmation of order for delivery (we would expect the Troentorp clogs to be delivered within 7 working days but please note that it will sometimes take longer than 14 working days).

Western Europe: Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery but please note that it will sometimes take longer than 14 working days.


USA: Please allow up to 14 days from confirmation. It is helpful if you provide a telephone number when entering your address so that the courier company can contact you if needed (please note that it will sometimes take longer than 14 days).

Rest of the world: Please allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery (we would expect the Troentorp clogs to be delivered earlier but it sometimes takes more than 20 days due to the postal service).

DELIVERY CHARGES (PER ORDER)
Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Troentorp Toffel.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Troentorp Clogs wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the clogs purchased. For online purchases, we will accept clogs not worn, used or damaged for a refund if received within 40 days of dispatch, enclosing a copy of your invoice. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your clogs are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund which usually takes between 7 - 10 working days. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment. If for any reason you wish to return your unworn/unused Troentorp clogs, please return them along with your invoice to:
